What is the standard turnaround time?
We aim to ship out products 5-7 business days from the date of order. Please note this is subject to change around busier holidays seasons and does not include pre-order launched items.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We do not accept returns or exchanges, all sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please reach out to us directly.
Do you do custom work for corporations or events?
We love providing custom pieces and sets that are branded to fit your exact needs. Please reach out to us at hello@autumnandoakdesigns.com to discuss any projects.
How do I contact you?

Do you ship Internationally?
We currently only ship to the United States and Canada.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, local pickup is available in Brentwood, CA. Please select “local pickup” at checkout and you will receive an email with the address and instructions when your order is ready.
Do you apply any finish to your cutting/charcuterie boards?
Yes, we apply a mineral board oil before shipping them and recommend the recipient repeat this process often to maintain the life of the board
How do I clean my custom boards?
Please only hand wash boards with warm water and wet rag. Hand dry with a dish towel. Do not leave the board soaking in water.
Can I serve food on my engraved board?
All of our boards are food safe, but we do recommend serving on the back side that is not engraved, unless you have a small engraving that does not take up a large part of the board.
